申请人注意
由2008年9月16日起，办理车辆登记，新领学习驾驶执照、正式驾驶执照、驾驶教师执照、临时驾驶执照、车辆牌照、续领正式驾驶执照、车辆牌照和免试签发正式驾照执照申请，以及更改地址。申请人必须出示最近三个月发出的地址证明（如水、电、煤气单或银行信件等）。本署会在收到申请人的地址证明前，暂停处理该等申请。
Attention by Applicants
With effect from 16 September 2008, applicants are required to produce address proof issued within the last 3 months (e.g. water/electricity/gas bill and bank correspondence) when applying for the Registration of Vehicle, First Issue of the Learner’s Driving/ Full Driving Licence/ Driving Instructor’s Licence/ Temporary Driving License/ Vehicle Licence, Renewal of Full Driving Licence/ Vehicle Licence, Direct Issue of Full Driving Licence and Change of Address. Transport Department will suspend the processing of the above applications until the production of address proof.
