租賃辦法：

1，租賃人需支付保證金或安全訂金1000美元或等值CNY/EURO/GPB
2，每7個自然日為一租期，可以根據需要自行事前確定租期。
每期租金為：88美元或等同價值之其他貨幣。衛星電話號碼
將由我們免費提供，（一旦遺失或非自然損毀需要賠償）租賃人需
要支付除租機費用外之實際通話時間最少為55美元。（每55美元為一個充值單位）
3，使用EMS特快專遞附保險方式遞送給租賃人，租賃時間自租賃人
簽收EMS派遞單據后的3小時開始計算。（郵寄時間不計算在租賃期内）
4，租賃人必須對租賃期間及郵寄返還過程中衛星電話及其任何或
所有配件之任何程度的損毀負全部經濟責任。
5，我們將誠懇客觀尊重事實的對租賃返還后之衛星電話及其配件在常溫
下正常使用的非自然損毀程度做出界定，對此我們擁有絕對權利，並
具備絕對的斷定權。租賃人必須接受我們所做出的關於損毀物品計算
賠償費用的評估。
6，租賃人使用期間必須遵守所在地及所使用地區的相關法律法規，一切觸
犯法律法規所導致的一切後果將由租賃人獨立負責。
7，租期滿，租賃人必須使用EMS特快專遞附帶全額8000CNY保險方式向
我們指定的中國大陸地址郵寄返還。郵寄時間不計算在租賃期内。
8，租賃人在事先確認的租用期到期后的24小時内必須使用規定的EMS附帶
8000CNY方式向我們郵寄返還並提供EMS單據資料參考，或使用我們規
定之傳真/電子郵件書面續期。倘到期日起計算，48小時后，我們沒能
獲得上述規定的資料。該租賃人已經違反租賃合約，我們有權單方面認
定該租賃人無意履行合約並無意按照規定返還衛星電話及其配件。至此，
我們擁有絕對權利全額沒收租賃人繳交之全額安全保證金款項。而無須
再向租賃人進一步説明及詮釋。
9, 我們對本項交易規定的各項規定及細節擁有絕對的解釋權及詮釋權。並
僅按照中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律詮釋並僅在香港接受訴訟。
